We can focus on improvement of the upper segment of the society, i.e., for those who are qualified but not educated. Lets take an oath to change the culture in the township. We can start with the following : a) Not carrying plastic bags from the market. b) Minimum consumption of paper. c) Saving electricity. d) Maintaining traffic rules inside the township. e) Encouraging children to think, imagine & improve creativity. f) Exposing children to various career options other than available in the township(photography can be one of these) We can think of many more. Pl. think of the modalities of achieving the above goals.
